The invention provides a foamed asphalt containing sodium hypochlorite oxidized waste tire rubber powder, and relates to the field of pavement materials. The foamed asphalt is prepared from, by weight, 40 to 60 parts of SBS modified asphalt, 10 to 15 parts of a zeolite powder/ZnO compound, 20 to 30 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 12 to 18 parts of the sodium hypochlorite oxidized waste tire rubber powder, 10 to 20 parts of fly ash, 1 to 5 parts of a sulfinic acid lactone type foaming agent, 0.1 to 1 part of glycidyl methacrylate, 5 to 10 parts of dimethyl phthalate, 1 to 3 parts of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 20 to 30 parts of basalt stone, 50 to 60 parts of aggregate, 2 to 4 parts of pentaerythritol, 5 to 10 parts of reinforced fibers and 12 to 15 parts of a binder. The prepared foamed asphalt is excellent in mechanical properties and high in water stability, the foamed asphalt still has high cohesive force under the action of freeze-thaw cycle, the splitting strength is reducedwithin an acceptable range, and the foamed asphalt is high in rut resistance and suitable for large-scale application.
