The invention provides a prefabricated building block and a production method thereof. The prefabricated building block is prepared from the following materials : 1-5 parts by weight of foamed asphalt, 1-10 parts by weight of an asphalt reducing agent, 70-98 parts by weight of a waste asphalt mixture, 1-30 parts by weight of a new aggregate, 1-4 parts by weight of cement, and 1-10 parts by weightof mineral powder. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated building block provided by the invention adopts components with specific content to realize better interaction, and the obtained prefabricated building block has good comprehensive pavement performance and can be used as a pedestrian brick, a prefabricated block for engineering protection and the like; moreover, the production method provided by the invention can avoid the generation of asphalt smoke, is low in energy consumption, realizes the large-scale utilization of the waste mixture, and provides a new technology and methodfor the utilization of the waste asphalt mixture.
本发明提供了一种预制砌块及其生产方法,所述预制砌块由包括以下组分的物料制成:泡沫沥青1重量份~5重量份;沥青还原剂1重量份~10重量份;废旧沥青混合料70重量份~98重量份;新集料1重量份~30重量份;水泥1重量份~4重量份;矿粉1重量份~10重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的预制砌块采用特定含量组分,实现较好的相互作用,得到的预制砌块具有良好的综合路用性能,可以做人行步道砖、工程防护用预制块等;并且本发明提供的生产方法能够避免产生沥青烟、能耗低,实现废旧混合料的大量利用,为废旧沥青混合料的利用开辟新的技术和方法。
