Preparation process for novel green building material
The invention discloses a preparation process for a novel green building material. The novel green building material comprises the following process raw materials: 15 to 50 parts by weight of cement,20 to 55 parts by weight of lithium slag, 10 to 30 parts by weight of graphite tailings, 16 to 30 parts by weight of diatom ooze, 7 to 14 parts by weight of straw stalks, 8 to 15 parts by weight of bentonite, 2.5 to 5 parts by weight of cotton stalks and peanut shells and 11 to 24 parts by weight of an adjusting mixing agent. The preparation process for the novel green building material provided by the invention has the following advantages: aiming at instability of chemical components comprehensively utilized by tailings, and through process improvement realized by using the environmental protection property and the cost economy in product preparation as entry points, a high-energy-consumption sintering molding process is replaced; the production cost is reduced; a green building materialproduct is prepared by using tailing slags in a large mixing amount; the use amount of auxiliary ingredients is reduced; the preparation cost is reduced; and through an innovatively researched and developed intermediate chelating agent, heavy metals in tailings are in a stable state, and the performances of an aggregate material are promoted and improved.
本发明公开了一种新型的绿色建筑材料的制备工艺,包括以下的工艺原料,包括15‑50重量份数的水泥、20‑55重量份数的锂渣、10‑30重量份数的石墨尾渣、16‑30重量份数的硅藻泥、7‑14重量份数的稻草秸秆、8‑15重量份数的膨润土、2.5‑5重量份数的棉杆花生壳以及11‑24重量份数的调节混合剂;该种新型的绿色建筑材料的制备工艺,针对尾矿综合利用的化学组分的不稳定性,制备产品中的环保性和成本的经济性为切入点实现的工艺改进,替代了高耗能的烧结成型工艺,降低了生产成本,实现了大掺量使用尾矿渣制备绿色建材产品,减少了其它配料的使用量,降低了制备成本,创新研发的中间螯合剂,使尾矿中的重金属成为稳定态,促进、提高团结材料性能。
