The invention provides a preparation method of a pre-tensioned prestressed concrete pipe pile, which comprises the following preparation steps: stirring cement, an admixture, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, an additive, water and residual slurry according to a certain proportion, then carrying out feeding, mold closing, tensioning, centrifugal forming, and residual slurry recovery, then carryingout steam curing on the formed pipe pile, and finally demolding the cured material to obtain a finished product. After the pipe pile is centrifugally formed, residual slurry in the tubular pile is recycled, and the residual slurry is pretreated and then put into the stirrer again to be recycled, therefore, the utilization rate of materials is increased, and economic benefits are improved.
先张法预应力混凝土管桩的制备方法，制备步骤如下：先将水泥、掺合料、细骨料、粗骨料、外加剂、水及余浆按一定比例搅拌，然后进行喂料、合模、张拉、离心成型、余浆回收，对成型后的管桩进行蒸养，最终脱模得到成品。本发明在管桩离心成型后先将管桩内的余浆进行回收，并且对余浆预处理后再次投入至搅拌机中实现余浆的再利用，增加了材料的利用率，提高了经济效益。
