Material for enhancing glaze slip resistance
The invention discloses a material for enhancing slip resistance of a glaze surface. The formula comprises the following components: kaolin, carborundum, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, chromium oxide, cobalt oxide, boron nitride, a thickening agent, a toughening agent and a carrier binder according to the following ratio, by weight, 6-10 parts of kaolin, 10-20 parts of carborundum, 6-9 partsof titanium dioxide, 4-8 parts of silicon dioxide, 8-15 parts of chromium oxide, 0.5-6 parts of cobalt oxide, 0.5-2 parts of boron nitride, 1-5 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a toughening agent and 20-40 parts of a carrier binder; wherein the carrier binder is one or more of silica sol, water glass, carboxymethyl cellulose and alumina sol; the material for enhancing glaze slip resistance is particularly an anti-slip glaze coating, is simple and universal in formula material, is beneficial to handling during processing, is relatively low in cost, has better glaze hanging, slip resistance and wear resistance compared with a traditional glaze coating, and has certain practicability in the market.
