The invention relates to a flame-retardant polyurethane concrete precast slab and a preparation method thereof, and applications in the field of buildings. The flame-retardant polyurethane concrete precast slab comprises two concrete surface layers and a polyurethane foam layer located between the two surface layers, wherein the polyurethane foam is made from a reaction system comprising isocyanate and polyol. The flame-retardant polyurethane concrete precast slab disclosed by the invention has satisfactory flame retardance (the flame retardant grade reaches B1 grade) while having excellent thermal insulation property.
本发明涉及一种阻燃聚氨酯混凝土预制板及其制备方法，以及该预制板在建筑领域的用途。所述预制板包括两个混凝土面层及位于两个面层之间的聚氨酯泡沫层。其中聚氨酯泡沫由包括异氰酸酯和多元醇的反应体系制得。本发明的阻燃聚氨酯混凝土预制板在具有优良的保温性能的同时，还具有满意的阻燃性能(阻燃等级达到B1级)。
