Method for treating rust spots on surface of bituminous pavement
The invention relates to a method for treating rust spots on the surface of a bituminous pavement. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing an acid solution; uniformly mixing 0.1-0.6 part of hexamethylenetetramine, 3-5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2 parts of ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate, 1-2 parts of triethanolamine oleate, 3-5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.3-1 part of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid and 30-70 parts of water according to a mass fraction for 8-10 hours to obtain derusting acid; step2, carrying out rust removal; to be specific, cleaning rust spots formed on the bituminous pavement through derusting acid in the step 1 by means of a spraying device, and removing broken or powdery stones in the range of the rust spots through an electric drill; step 3, carrying out filling; to be specific, filling broken holes formed after the stones are cleaned by utilizing an asphalt mixture;and step 4, carrying out labeling; to be specific, labeling the filled hole positions under the protection of an indicating adhesive tape with a specific size.
本发明涉及一种沥青路面表面铁锈斑点的处理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,酸液制备:采用质量份数比为六次甲基四胺0.1‑0.6份,三乙醇胺3‑5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份,乙氧基烷基硫酸钠1‑2份,油酸三乙醇胺1‑2份,羧甲基纤维素钠3‑5份,羟基乙叉二膦酸0.3‑1份,和水30‑70份均匀混合8‑10小时,制得除锈酸;步骤2,除锈:将步骤1中的除锈酸利用喷雾装置对沥青路面的铁锈斑点进行清洗,并通过电钻清理铁锈斑点范围内的已破碎或呈粉末状的石子;步骤3,填补:利用沥青混合料填补清理石子后形成的破损空洞;步骤4:标注:用特定尺寸的指示胶带保护对填补后的空洞位置进行标注。
