Semi-prefabricated concrete bridge lower structure
The invention discloses a semi-prefabricated concrete bridge lower structure which comprises a bent cap part and a pier stud part, the bent cap part comprises a prefabricated bent cap and a cast-in-place bent cap, and the pier stud part comprises a prefabricated pier stud and a cast-in-place pier stud; the section of the prefabricated bent cap is in a U shape with an upward opening, the section ofthe prefabricated pier stud is in a hollow box shape, and inner formworks are arranged in the prefabricated bent cap and the prefabricated pier stud respectively. Prestressed pipelines are arranged in the cast-in-place bent cap and the cast-in-place bent cap respectively. A concrete member is constructed by adopting a partial prefabrication method, so that compared with a cast-in-place structure,the field construction period is shortened, and the influence of construction on the environment is reduced. During on-site assembly construction, the use of large engineering machines and tools is reduced, the difficulty of on-site assembly construction is reduced, the cost of on-site construction measures is saved, and the damage to the road surface along the line due to overweight components in the component transferring process is reduced.
本发明公开了一种半预制混凝土桥梁下部结构,包括盖梁部分和墩柱部分,所述盖梁部分包括预制盖梁和现浇盖梁,所述墩柱部分包括预制墩柱和现浇墩柱;所述预制盖梁的截面为开口朝上的U型,所述预制墩柱的截面为空心箱型,所述预制盖梁和所述预制墩柱内分别设置有内模板;所述现浇盖梁内和所述现浇盖梁内分别设置有预应力管道。本发明将混凝土构件采用部分预制的方法建造,相比较现浇结构,减少了现场工期,降低了施工对环境的影响。现场拼装施工时减少了大型工程机具的使用、降低了现场拼装施工的难度,节省了现场施工措施费用,降低了转运构件过程中因构件重量过重对沿线路面造成的损害。
