The invention discloses a rail-mounted bridge appearance detection device which comprises a fixed plate fixed below a bridge floor, and the bottom of the fixed plate is connected with a rail through athreaded connection device; a mounting platform is positioned below the rail; a body is fixed at the top of the mounting platform; a double-shaft motor is fixed on the front side wall of the machinebody; rollers are mounted on output shafts on two sides of the double-shaft motor; a mounting shaft is fixed on the rear side wall of the machine body; rollers are installed at the two ends of the mounting shaft and make contact with the bottom face of the rail, telescopic rod pieces of U-shaped structures are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting platform, thetops of the telescopic rod pieces are located above the rail, universal balls supported on the top face of the rail are arranged on the inner sides of the telescopic rod pieces, and a camera is arranged at the top of the telescopic rod piece located above the rail. The rail-mounted bridge appearance detection device can inspect each part at the bottom of the bridge, and for the part with diseasesof the bridge, inspectors can detect disease parameters under the bridge surface through the bridge inspection vehicle, so that the workload of the inspectors for getting off the bridge is reduced.
