The base structure comprises a horizontal basecover plate, and the bottoms of four edge columns are cast at the four corners of the horizontal base cover plate. A skirt plate of a hollow enclosed structure is fixed to the bottom wall of the horizontal base cover plate. A plurality of cabin partition plates are fixed in a space defined by the skirt plate. An internal buoyancy tank is bound and fixed in each of sub-cavities defined by the cabin partition plates and the skirt plate. A plurality of external buoyancy tanks are uniformly distributed outside the skirt plate in the circumferential direction of the skirt plate. The offshore booster station structure can be rapidly installed.
