The invention discloses an anchor device for newly adding a steel pipe pile and then adding a bearing platform in a basic foundation. The anchor device comprises the pipe pile, pile ears which are fixedly installed at the lower portion of the pipe pile and are uniformly arranged in the axial direction, L-arm members which are uniformly arranged at the lower portion of the pipe pile in the axial direction and the radial direction and a reinforcement plate which is arranged at the lower portion of the pipe pile, and the pipe pile, the pile ears, the L-arm members and the reinforcement plate arecast on the bearing platform and are then anchored to the bearing platform. According to the anchor device, there is no need to brace other foundation beam columns with a large area of supports, and there is no need to arrange supports layer by layer to share load at the upper portion to other foundations. Therefore, the steel pipe pile and the concrete structure can be reliably anchored without using a large quantity of support steel pipes and supporting devices, and the anchor device has the advantages of being simple in structure, short in construction period and convenient to use.
