The invention relates to the processing field of spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole covers, in particular to a spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole cover and a processing method thereof. One aim of the invention is to provide the spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole cover in order to solve the technical problems that during production of the spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole cover, the spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole cover is small in wall thickness and larger in size range, iron liquid residues of spheroidal-graphite cast iron are more, iron liquid filling can be hard, the overall strength of the manhole cover is reduced due to cold shut, the surface quality of a casting piece is affected, and macroscopic cold-shut manhole covers are almost waste during manhole cover production. According to the technical scheme, the spheroidal-graphite cast iron manhole cover comprises a manhole cover body, a cover plate and a cover ring arranged along the circumferential side edge ofthe cover plate, wherein bulges are uniformly distributed on the surface of an upper top plate of the cover plate; a connecting block is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cover ring; a carryinghandle is arranged at the end, far away from the connecting block, of the top plate of the cover plate; and a reinforced rib strip is arranged on the surface of a lower bottom plate of the cover plate.
