The invention discloses a movable jet dredging vessel for places below a long piled wharf. The dredging vessel comprises a vessel body, a sludge storing bin, a sludge sucking pump, a high-pressure water pump, a movable mechanical arm and a sludge sucking cover, wherein the sludge storing bin, the sludge sucking pump and the high-pressure water pump are arranged on the vessel body. One end of the sludge storing bin is connected with the sludge sucking pump, and the other end of the sludge storing bin is provided with a water outlet pipeline. One end of the movable mechanical arm is fixed to thevessel body. A sludge conveying pipe and a jet pipe are arranged in the movable mechanical arm. A sludge sucking opening and a high-pressure jet opening are formed in the sludge sucking cover and connected with the sludge conveying pipe and the jet pipe correspondingly. The sludge conveying pipe and the jet pipe communicate with the sludge sucking pump and the high-pressure water pump correspondingly. The maneuverability and flexibility of the movable mechanical arm are used, and the dredging vessel is precisely placed in the dredging area below the long piled wharf, performs closed dredgingoperation through the sludge sucking cover, sufficiently stirs and impacts on sludge on a bottom bed through high-pressure jet flow to form a high-sand-content water body and sucks the water body intothe sludge storing bin for dredging, thereby solving the problem that precise dredging can hardly be performed due to the narrow area below the long piled wharf.
