The invention discloses an integrated dredging and outward transportation device for a black-odor river, and relates to a river sludge treatment technology. The device comprises an underwater dredgingpart and a water sludge treatment part, wherein the underwater dredging part is a dredging crawler, which comprises a sludge lifting bin and a sludge turbidity bin, and a creep part is arranged between the sludge lifting bin and the sludge turbidity bin; the end of the sludge lifting bin is provided with a high-pressure airflow nozzle connected with a high-pressure gas conveying pipe; the end ofthe sludge turbidity bin is provided with a sludge pumping port connected with a sludge conveying pipe; the water sludge treatment part comprises a sludge collecting tank and a sludge centrifugal dehydrator which are connected with each other, a sludge pumping pump connected with the sludge conveying pipe is arranged at the top of the sludge collecting tank; and a carrier is provided with an air high-pressure pump connected with the high-pressure gas conveying pipe. The integrated dredging and outward transportation device for the black-odor river adopts underwater dredging operation, and thedredging cost can be saved. The sludge is dried directly after extraction, so the water content can be reduced, the outward transportation cost is saved, and secondary pollution of harmful sludge is reduced.
