The invention provides a building floorslab heat-preservation sound-insulation system. The building floorslab heat preservation and sound insulation system comprises a decoration face layer, a protection layer, a heat-preservation sound-insulation layer and a floorslab layer, wherein the heat-preservation sound-insulation layer comprises a plurality of heat-preservation sound-insulation plates provided with a plurality of through holes, the upper portions of the heat-preservation sound-insulation plates are provided with a plurality of steel bar grooves, the building floorslab heat-preservation sound-insulation system further comprises cast-in-place geopolymer components arranged inside the through holes and thin steel bars and seam filling materials which are arranged inside the steel bargrooves and the through holes in the two ends of the steel bar grooves, the two ends of the thin steel bars are arranged inside the communicating through holes in the two ends of the steel bar grooves correspondingly, gaps, between the bottoms of the peripheries of the through holes and the floorslab layer, of the heat-preservation sound-insulation plates are filled by adopting the seam filling materials, the cast-in-place geopolymer components are formed by casting in place adopting a geopolymer grouting material, and the anti-pressure strength of the cast-in-place geopolymer components is larger than or equal to that of the protection layer. The building floorslab heat-preservation sound-insulation system is simple in structure and low in application cost, and appearance of hollowing, cracking and other quality problems in building ground delivery can be avoided.
