The invention relates to an assembling structure of a steel bar truss floor deck. The assembling structure comprises a bottom formwork and at least two steel bar trusses which are assembled on the bottom formwork through fasteners; the bottom formwork is provided with two splicing ends arranged in the length direction of the steel bar trusses; and at least one of the steel bar trusses gets close to the splicing ends, and the fasteners for connecting the steel bar truss close to the splicing ends partially stretch out of the bottom formwork. According to the assembling structure, splicing seamsbetween two bottom formworks can be decreased, moreover, the acting force of poured concrete to the splicing ends of the bottom formwork is scattered, accordingly, dislocation of the splicing seams of the splicing ends of the bottom formwork is reduced, and a floor formed through pouring is flat.
