Nail-free module ceiling structure
The invention provides a nail-free module ceiling structure, and relates to the technical field of building ceilings. A top face keel is provided with a sliding way, and a top face keel clamping pieceis arranged on the sliding way in a sliding manner. The upper ends of full-tooth hanging ribs are fixed to the top face keel clamping piece. The lower ends of the full-tooth hanging ribs are connected with keel leveling devices. Each keel leveling device comprises a leveling device body provided with a connecting part, wherein a leveling screw sleeve penetrates through an adjusting hole in the leveling device body, the lower end of the leveling screw sleeve is provided with a fixing edge located on the lower side of the leveling device body, the outer wall of the leveling screw sleeve is provided with an outer thread, the leveling screw sleeve is sleeved with a locking nut, the locking nut is located on the upper side of the leveling device body, and the corresponding full-tooth hanging rib penetrates through an adjusting screw hole in the leveling screw sleeve. The lower end of a face covering keel is provided with a decoration plate. According to the nail-free module ceiling structure, connection can be rapidly achieved; and flexible position conversion can be achieved; the threads are used for leveling and rigidity connection in the whole leveling process, the error caused by human factors is eliminated, and leveling is more accurate; and the operation intensity can be greatly lowered, and the operation efficiency is improved.
本发明提出一种无钉化模块吊顶结构，涉及建筑吊顶技术领域；顶面龙骨上设滑道，顶面龙骨卡件滑设于滑道上；全牙吊筋的上端固定在顶面龙骨卡件上；全牙吊筋的下端连接龙骨调平装置，包括调平装置本体，其上设连接部；调平装置本体上的调节孔内穿设调平丝套，其下端设固定沿，位于调平装置本体的下侧；调平丝套外壁上设外螺纹，套设锁紧螺母，其位于调平装置本体的上侧；调平丝套内部的调节螺孔内穿设全牙吊筋；覆面龙骨的下端设装饰板。本发明可快速实现连接；而且可实现位置的灵活变换。整个调平过程都由螺纹来进行调平及刚性连接，排除人为因素所造成的偏差，使得调平更加精准；而且可以大大降低作业强度，提高作业效率。
