corrosion-resistant tile
The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant tile, which comprises a tile substrate. The tile substrate is a rectangular plate; an upper connecting hook is arranged at one end of the tile substrateand provided with an upper fixing plate; the upper fixing plate and the upper connecting hook are both positioned on the front face of the tile substrate; at least one mounting hole is formed in the upper fixing plate and is used for fixing the corrosion-resistant tile; a lower connecting hook is arranged at the other end of the tile substrate, and the lower connecting hook is positioned at the back face of the tile substrate and used for connecting the upper connecting hook of a longitudinally adjacent corrosion-resistant tile; a first transverse connecting device is arranged on one side of the tile substrate; a second transverse connecting device is arranged on the other side; the first transverse connecting device is used to connect the second transverse connecting device of a transversely adjacent corrosion-resistant tile; and the tile substrate is provided with anti-skid lines. The corrosion-resistant tile is made of aluminum plate, galvanized plate or steel plate, and the surfaceof the aluminum plate or steel plate is provided with an anti-corrosion layer. The corrosion-resistant tile enjoys long service life, low pollution and low cost, and is simple to process and convenient to install, firm and stable in connection, strong in wind resistance and corrosion resistance and beautiful in appearance.
本发明涉及耐腐瓦,包括瓦基板,瓦基板为矩形板;瓦基板的一端设有上连接钩,上连接钩上设有上固定板,上固定板和上连接钩均位于瓦基板的正面,上固定板上设有不少于一个的安装孔,安装孔用于固定耐腐瓦;瓦基板的另一端设有下连接钩,下连接钩位于瓦基板的背面,下连接钩用于与纵向相邻的耐腐瓦的上连接钩连接;瓦基板的一侧设有第一横向连接装置,另一侧设有第二横向连接装置,第一横向连接装置用于与横向相邻的耐腐瓦的第二横向连接装置;瓦基板上设有防滑纹;耐腐瓦由铝板、镀锌板或钢板制成,铝板或钢板的表面设有防腐层。该耐腐瓦使用寿命长,加工简单,污染小,成本低,安装方便、连接牢固、稳定,抗风性能强,耐腐蚀,外观漂亮。
