The suspension device is utilized for solving the problem that working clamping pieces for tensioning the external cable anda tie bar cannot be occluded repeatedly and avoiding the phenomenon of slipping. Through intelligent control of an intelligent terminal, control over tensioning and displacement of the external cableand the tie bar can be mechanized, intellectualized and precise; and besides, the intelligent terminal can achieve real-time monitoring, can be switched into the manual mode at any time, and can intelligently collect and automatically record original tensioning data.
