A guiding, aligning and clamping device for vertical connection construction of assembly type building steel-concrete combined modules comprises the firmly-fixed lower-layer steel-concrete combined module and the to-be-fixed upper-layer steel-concrete combined module arranged on the top of the lower-layer steel-concrete combined module. The upper-layer steel-concrete combined module and the lower-layer steel-concrete combined module are of the same structure. The lower end face of the upper-layer steel-concrete combined module is provided with a vertical-drop guiding convex structure. The inner side of the upper end face of the lower-layer steel-concrete combined module is provided with a guiding and positioning concave structure matched with the vertical-drop guiding convex structure. A plurality of temporary positioning devices are arranged between the upper-layer steel-concrete combined module and the lower-layer steel-concrete combined module. Each temporary positioning device comprises two pressing type positioners. The guiding, aligning and clamping device is novel in design and convenient to operate, liberates great time for a tower crane for other crane operation, quickensthe construction progress, positions the upper-layer steel-concrete combined module in a pressing positioning mode conveniently and rapidly, and can ensure the perpendicularity and construction quality through fine adjustment.
装配式建筑钢砼组合模块竖向连接施工导向对正夹持装置,包括已固定牢靠的下层钢砼组合模块和设置在下层钢砼组合模块顶部待固定的上层钢砼组合模块,上层钢砼组合模块和下层钢砼组合模块的结构相同;上层钢砼组合模块下端面设置有垂直下落导向凸结构,下层钢砼组合模块上端面内侧设置有与垂直下落导向结构配合的导向定位凹结构,下层钢砼组合模块和下层钢砼组合模块之间设置有若干组临时定位装置,每组临时定位装置均包括两套按压式定位器。本发明设计新颖、便于操作、为塔吊解放了大量的时间做其他吊装作业,加快了施工进度,采用按压定位的方式使上层的钢砼组合模块进行定位,方便快捷,且可进行微调,确保垂直度和施工的质量。
