The steel plate reinforcing structure comprises edge steel plates, diagonal bracing steel plates and connecting cover plates. The shear wall comprises a wall body and edge columns on the two sides of the wall body. The diagonal bracing steel plates are arranged along the diagonals of the wall body. The diagonal bracing steel plates are fixed to the wall body through bolts. The edge steel plates are attached to the side faces of the edge columns and connected with the edge columns through bolts. The connecting cover plates are simultaneously connected with the edge steel plates and the diagonal bracing steel plates through bolts.
