The invention provides an unlocking device of a mechanical lock and a mounting method of the unlocking device. The unlocking device of the mechanical lock comprises an outer panel and an inner panel.An instruction input unit is arranged on the outer panel, and a power supply unit and a driving device for driving a key to rotate are arranged on the inner panel. The driving device comprises a motorand a transmission device. An intelligent device further comprises a control unit, and the control unit is electrically connected with the instruction input unit and the motor. The instruction inputunit is used for sending an unlocking or back locking instruction to the control unit, and the control unit is used for controlling the motor to operate to complete an unlocking or back locking actionaccording to a signal sent by the instruction input unit. According to the unlocking device of the mechanical lock and the mounting method of the unlocking device, the mounting difficulty and expenseof an intelligent door lock can be reduced, operation by a common user is convenient, and the user can upgrade the mechanical lock to the intelligent lock simply by replacing an outer panel and an inner panel of an traditional mechanical door lock.
