The invention relates to a lock tongue connector. According to the lock tongue connector, an electric conductive connector structure is arranged in a lock tongue. The lock tongue connector comprises the lock tongue, a lock tongue built-in insulator, a plurality of connector conductors, a lock lug connecting elastic sheet seat and lock lug connecting elastic sheets. As required, the lock tongue isseparated from the plurality of connector conductors through the metal lock tongue built-in insulator, and meanwhile, the plurality of connector conductors are insulated and isolated from each other.The lock lug connecting elastic sheet seat is mounted in a lock lug. The lock lug connecting elastic sheets are connected with the corresponding lock tongue built-in connector conductors for electricconduction to realize the connection and transmission process of power supplies and electric signals between the lock tongue and the lock lug. By arranging the electric conduction connector structurein the lock tongue, connection and transmission of the multiple power supplies and the electric signals are realized in the single lock tongue. The power supply and electric signal connection mode between a lock body and the lock lug is simplified. The size and electric transmission loss of the lock tongue power supply connector are effectively reduced.
本发明涉及的锁舌连接器,在锁舌内设置电导通连接器结构包括锁舌、锁舌内嵌绝缘体、连接导体、锁耳连接弹片座、锁耳连接弹片,根据需要在金属锁舌内嵌绝缘体将锁舌与若干连接器导体隔离,同时也将多个连接器导体之间相互绝缘隔离,锁耳连接弹片座安装在锁耳内部,其中的锁耳连接弹片与锁舌内嵌连接器导体对应连接进行电导通,实现锁舌与锁耳间的电源与电信号连接传输过程。本发明通过锁舌内设置电导通连接器结构,在单个锁舌内实现多个电源与电信号连接传输,简化了锁体与锁耳之间的电源与信号连接方式,有效缩小了锁舌电源连接器的体积与电传输损耗。
