The invention discloses a lock opening and closing system. The lock opening and closing system comprises: a first sliding member slidingly arranged on a window sash and provided with a first lock tongue; a second sliding member slidingly arranged on a window frame and provided with a baffle plate corresponding to the first lock tongue, wherein the baffle plate is provided with a first avoiding port corresponding to the first lock tongue; an electric drive device arranged on the window frame and capable of driving the second sliding piece to slide up and down so as to enable the baffle plate tomove to stop on one side of the first lock tongue to limit rotation of the window sash corresponding to the window frame, or to move to the side, positioned on the first lock tongue, of the first avoiding port to remove limitation on the window sash; and a manual drive device arranged on the window sash and capable of driving the first sliding member to slide up and down so as to enable the firstlock tongue to move to one side of the baffle plate to limit rotation of the window sash corresponding to the window frame, or to move to one side of the first avoiding port to remove limitation on the window sash. When power is off, the lock opening and closing function can be achieved through the manual drive device.
