The invention provides a clamping type curtain box mounting structure and a mounting method thereof. The clamping type curtain box mounting structure comprises a clamping type keel 1, a floor slab 2,a wall body 3 and a first hanging piece 41, wherein the clamping type keel 1 is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a first main body 11 and a second main body 12, an L-shaped panel 5 is further connected to the inner side of the clamping type keel 1 in a matched mode, and a first side 111 of the first main body 11 is fixedly connected with the wall body 3; any one of the first main body 11 andthe second main body 12 comprises a first plate 100, a second plate 101 and a third plate 102, wherein the first plate 100, the second plate 101 and the third plate 102 are arranged in a C-shaped structure, and the second plate 101 of the first main body 11 is fixedly connected with the floor slab 2 through the first hanging piece 41. The curtain box mounting structure is convenient and fast to construct and install, firm in structure and good in integrity, and the problem that a traditional curtain box is prone to cracking due to wood plates is solved.
