Fine grain type semi-open graded asphalt mixture and mix proportion design method thereof
The invention discloses a fine grain type semi-open graded asphalt mixture. The designed void ratio is 10 percent to 15 percent; the paving thickness is only 2.0 cm, the asphalt mixture is particularly suitable for maintenance and construction of an asphalt pavement, and compared with existing materials in maintenance and construction, the asphalt mixture has the following advantages: (1) the skidresistance of an original pavement is improved, the large-gap drainage effect is good, water mist in rainy days can be greatly reduced, and the driving safety in the rainy days is improved; 2) pavement noise is reduced: the mixture has a large-gap structure, which can partially absorb noise generated by friction between rolling tires and an asphalt pavement; 3) the paving thickness is 2cm, the influence on the elevation of an original pavement is small, and the curb or guardrail of an original pavement is not influenced; and 4) the void ratio is 10%-15%, which is relatively smaller than the void ratio of 18%-22% generally designed on a drainage pavement, and the index requirements on stone and modified asphalt in the raw materials are correspondingly reduced, so that the method is easierto implement in maintenance engineering, and the invention also discloses a mix proportion design method of the mixture.
本发明公开了一种细粒式半开级配沥青混合料,其设计空隙率为10%‑15%,摊铺厚度仅为2.0cm厚,特别适合沥青路面养护施工中使用,其相比现有材料在养护施工中有以下的性能优势:1)提高原路面的抗滑性能,大空隙排水效果好,可以大幅度减小雨天行车水雾和提高雨天行车的安全性;2)降低路面噪音:混合料为大空隙结构,可以部分吸收滚动轮胎和沥青路面摩擦而产生的噪音;3)摊铺厚度为2cm,对原路面的标高影响小,不影响原有路面的路缘石或护栏;4)空隙率为10%‑15%,相对于排水路面通常设计的18%‑22%的空隙率来说相对较小,也相应降低了对于原材料中石料和改性沥青的指标要求,在养护工程中更容易实现。本发明还公开了该混合料的配合比设计方法。
