Fireproof building material
The invention relates to a fireproof building material and a manufacturing method thereof. The fireproof building material is manufactured by taking waste materials generated by removing fireproof plates or waste materials generated by producing the fireproof plates, and fiber waste materials as a base material. A fireproof building material composition containing the fireproof plate waste materials, the fiber waste materials, a mineral material and an adhesive is mixed and stirred to harden so as to form the fireproof building material. The waste materials are adopted as the base material, sothat the weight is reduced, the environmental protection regeneration can be achieved, and the cost can be reduced; and a mold is adopted to construct the pattern of the fireproof building material so as to increase the aesthetic feeling of the fireproof building material.
一种防火建材及其制造方法，尤指以拆除防火板材产生的废料或生产防火板材产生的废料，及纤维废料为基材，制造防火建材；本发明将包含防火板材废料、纤维废料、矿质材料及黏着剂的防火建材组合物混合后搅拌使之硬化，以形成防火建材，由于其使用废料为基材，不仅重量降低、可环保再生，亦可使成本降低，另外，该防火建材以模具施做图样，使其增加美感。
