The invention provides a process for preparing a baking-free brick from aluminum ash. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: step one, pre-treating aluminum ash; step two, mixing raw materials; step three, carrying out compression molding; and step four, curing. Harmful elements are effectively removed by pre-treating the aluminum ash, useful components in the aluminum ashare maximally recycled, a metal aluminum sheet is obtained in the ball-milling and screening section, and re-melted aluminum with a high additional value is obtained through treatment of the metal aluminum sheet; centralized recovery of ammonia gas is realized through water leaching and de-amination, atmospheric pollution caused in the stacking process of aluminum ash is avoided; the fluoride isfixed, the harm to underground water and soil in the aluminum ash stacking process is avoided; high-aluminum waste residues obtained after de-amination and fluorine fixation are used as raw materialsfor producing baking-free bricks, harmless treatment of aluminum ash is realized, aluminum ash is converted into resources, and benefits are generated. The method for preparing a baking-free brick issimple and convenient in technological process, mild in operation condition, less in investment and low in production cost, and meanwhile, the prepared baking-free brick is excellent in performance.
