Novel thermal insulation mortar for building exterior walls
The invention discloses novel thermal insulation mortar for a building external wall. The novel thermal insulation mortar comprises the components in percentage by mass: 16 to 29% of cement, 4 to 8% of jarosite slag, 15 to 25% of an emulsion, 6 to 12% of silica aerogel powder, 2.2 to 3.8% of polyphenyl granules, 3.0 to 8.5% of glass micro-beads, 0.5 to 1.6% of a fiber material, and 5 to 12% of talcum powder. According to the novel thermal insulation mortar for the building external wall, a light thermal insulation material silicon dioxide aerogel with both efficient thermal insulation and fireprevention is introduced into thermal insulation aggregates (expanded polyphenyl granules and expanded vitrified micro-beads) of the thermal insulation mortar. Meanwhile, industrial waste slag jarosite slag similar to cement in chemical component is used for replacing part of cement, the cement consumption is reduced, the problem of contradiction between supply and demand of building materials issolved, industrial waste iron vitriol slag and polyphenyl granules are used as raw materials, the jarosite slag can partially replace cement, the environment is protected, waste is turned into wealth, and resources are reasonably utilized.
本发明公开一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,组成成分及质量百分含量为:水泥:16~29;铁矾渣:4~8;乳液:15~25;硅气凝胶粉体:6~12;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8;玻化微珠:3.0~8.5;纤维材料:0.5~1.6;滑石粉:5~12。该建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶。同时,使用与水泥的化学成分相似的工业废渣铁矾渣代替一部分水泥,减少水泥用量,解决建筑材料供需矛盾问题,以工业废料铁矾渣和聚苯颗粒为原料,铁矾渣可部分取代水泥,既保护了环境,又变废为宝,合理地利用了资源。
