Archaized brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an archaized brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a green body, sequentially applying ground coat, printing patterns and applying particle glaze on the green body, drying, and firing to obtain an archaized brick green body; and carrying out rough grinding by using a resin abrasive disc of 100-500 meshes, then carrying fine grinding by using a resin abrasive disc of 600-2000 meshes, and finally polishing with a fiber grinding wheel of 150-300 meshes, wherein the particle glaze is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of dry particles, 100-120 parts of suspension glue and 25-30 parts of an additive; and the granularity of the dry particles is less than or equal to 250 meshes. Through the combination of the particle glaze and the polishing process, the roughness of the archaized brick can be effectively reduced, and the stain resistance is improved; and the glossiness of the surface of the archaized brick isnot improved, so that the archaized brick is vivid in natural stone imitating effect and outstanding in decorative performance.
本发明公开了一种仿古砖的制备方法,其包括:制备坯体,在坯体上依次施加底釉、印刷图案、施加粒子釉,然后经干燥、烧成得到仿古砖坯体;进而先采用100‑500目的树脂磨片进行粗磨,然后采用600‑2000目的树脂磨片进行细磨,最后采用150‑300目的纤维磨轮进行抛光;其中,所述粒子釉以重量份计包括以下原料:干粒子10‑30份,悬浮胶水100‑120份,添加剂25‑30份;所述干粒子的粒度≤250目。通过上述粒子釉和抛光工艺的结合,可有效降低仿古砖的粗糙度,提升耐污性能;但不提升仿古砖表面的光泽度,使得其仿天然石效果更加逼真,装饰性能突出。
