Pavement coating layer and forming method thereof
The invention discloses a pavement coating layer and a forming method thereof. The pavement coating layer comprises a bonding layer and a wear-resistant layer which are arranged from bottom to top; the bonding layer comprises 20-35 parts by weight of epoxy resin and 8-15 parts by weight of a curing agent; the wear-resistant layer comprises the components in parts by weight: 100 to 160 parts of bi-component oily polyurethane, 20 to 35 parts of calcium carbonate, 14 to 25 parts of a corrosion-resistant filler, 0.7 to 1.5 parts of a defoaming agent and 6 to 12 parts of a pigment, wherein the epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin is 180 to 198 g/mol, and the viscosity of the epoxy resin is 10900 to 15100 mPa*s; the curing agent is a modified aliphatic amine curing agent, the amine value of the curing agent is 280-320 mgKOH/g, and the viscosity of the curing agent is 35-55 mPa*s; the bi-component oily polyurethane comprises a component A containing an isocyanate group and a component B containing a hydroxyl group. The pavement coating layer not only has good weather resistance and abrasion resistance, but also has good bonding performance.
