The invention relates to a building material precast beam preassembly adjusting device and a precast beam preassembly adjusting process. The device comprises two side plates, a fixing device, two inclination angle adjusting devices and a translation device, the side plates are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, the fixing device is arranged at the lower ends of the side plates, the side platesare connected through the fixing devices, the inclination angle adjusting devices are installed at the upper ends of the side plates, and the translation device is arranged at the right end of the left side plate and installed at the upper end of the fixing device. The invention provides the building material precast beam preassembling adjusting device. When a prefabricated beam is installed by the existing prefabricated beam mounting equipment, the operation is simple; a plurality of workers are needed for measurement, command and positioning; a hoisting worker continuously adjusts and hoists the precast beam according to a command; the problems that in the prior art, the operation process is complex, a precast beam falls down, the position of the precast beam is finely adjusted throughtools such as a jack, safety accidents are likely to be caused in the adjusting process, and the surface of the precast beam is likely to be damaged in the adjusting process due to the fact that the contact surface between the precast beam and the tools such as the jack is small are solved.
