The invention discloses a pavement additional paving structure and an additional paving method utilizing an existing waveform guardrail. The structure comprises an existing stand column, the bottom end of the existing stand column is buried in an existing road surface, the structure further comprises a newly-paved road surface laid on the existing road surface and a newly-added stand column with the bottom end buried in the newly-paved road surface, the top end of the newly-added stand column is higher than the top end of the existing stand column, and the newly-added stand column is connectedwith the existing stand column; and fence plates are mounted on the newly-added stand columns. The invention aims to provide the pavement additional paving structure and the pavement additional paving method by utilizing the existing corrugated guardrail, so that the problem that resources and cost are greatly wasted due to the fact that the corrugated guardrail needs to be rebuilt after the pavement is rebuilt and additionally paved on the large and medium-sized pavements in the prior art is solved, and the purposes of fully utilizing the existing resources, shortening the project period andreducing the project cost are achieved.
