The invention relates to a multifunctional low-position negative-pressure ventilator for a toilet and an application thereof. According to the invention, a deodorizing bin, a filtering and disinfecting bin, an axial flow fan and a human body induction system are arranged in a shell. The upper and lower end faces of the shell are connected with an exhaust pipe and an intake pipe; the exhaust pipe penetrates through the upper end face of the shell to be inserted into the deodorizing bin, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the lower end face of the shell to be connected with the axial flow fan, the axial flow fan is connected with the filtering disinfecting bin through the filtering disinfecting bin air inlet pipe, the deodorizing bin is connected with the filtering disinfecting bin through a connecting pipe, and the human body induction system is connected with a power plug through a power line. The ventilator has the characteristics that the ventilator can be conveniently and quicklymounted in a toilet for use, automatically operates in an induction manner, can directly suck pollution gas at a low position in the toilet, and is exhausted outdoors after purification treatment such as filtration, disinfection and deodorization; air in the toilet is purified, the body health and environmental sanitation of toileting personnel are protected, and the spreading danger of dropletsor viruses and bacteria generated during toileting and flushing is reduced.
