The invention provides a vertical urinal capable of automatically collecting and detecting urine. The vertical urinal comprises a vertical urinal body, the lower end of a urinal body of the vertical urinal body is provided with a liquid outlet communicated with an external pollution discharge system, a urine collection hole is formed in the portion, on the upper side of the liquid outlet, of the urinal body of the vertical urinal body, and the urine collection hole is communicated with a urine detection device through an automatic urine collection device. The urine detection device comprises adetection cleaning module, a reagent storage module, a metering module, an electric control module and a display terminal; a urine inlet of the detecting and cleaning module is communicated with theautomatic urine collection device, and a sewage outlet is communicated with an external sewage discharging system; a reagent outlet of the reagent storage module is communicated and connected with a reagent inlet of the detection cleaning module through the metering module; the whole set of urine detection can be completed only by normal urination, so that the time is saved, cleanness and sanitation are realized, the pollution is avoided, and the detection result is ensured.
