The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering boards, in particular to a multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board and a manufacturing method and a construction methodof the multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board as different walls. An existing building board directly wraps C-shaped steel by adopting an EPS board, the bearing capacity is insufficient,and the connection between the upper layer and the lower layer is not firm. The multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board comprises a board body. The board body comprises a main board and asteel frame which are compounded together. One end of the board body is provided with a protruding groove and tongue and the other end corresponding to the protruding groove and tongue is provided with a concave groove and tongue. The steel frame comprises a plurality of steel keels, each steel keel array is arranged on the same side of the main board, and the firm multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board with the steel frame and the main board integrated is produced; the bearing performance is multiplied, the multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board is more light in weight and more convenient and faster, and the use range and the use function of a conventional EPS wall board are completely subverted; and the multipurpose prefabricated thermal insulation board is suitable for mounting of various forms of wall bodies and has good development prospects in the technical field of building engineering boards.
