The invention provides a mounting bracket of an assembled wallboard. The mounting bracket comprises a bearing bracket, a connecting screw and a screw tube base, wherein the bearing bracket is providedwith a positioning groove and a connecting groove, and the positioning groove is located above the connecting groove; a bearing table is arranged on the top of the connecting screw, the bearing tableis connected to the connecting groove in a clamping manner, and an outer thread is arranged on the outer surface of the connecting screw; and the screw tube base comprises a base and a screw tube forconnecting the base, an inner thread is arranged in the screw tube, and the connecting screw is in threaded connection to the screw tube. The invention also provides a mounting structure of the assembled wallboard. Compared with the prior art, the mounting bracket has the advantages that it is not needed to pad a wood particle between the wallboard and the ground, and the mounting bracket can bedirectly adjusted in a mounting process, so that the mounting bracket is convenient to mount, low in technical demand and good in mounting quality; and the construction cost and the material loss arelowered.
