Assembly type anti-seismic stair and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type anti-seismic stair and a construction method thereof. The assembly type anti-seismic stair comprises a stair body, the two ends of the stair body are overlapped to two platform beams on different floors respectively, and the stair body is composed of a prefabricated stair slab, an upper stair platform and a lower stair platform, wherein the bottom of the upper stair slab and the bottom of the lower stair slab are fixedly provided with steel plates perpendicular to the corresponding platform surfaces, the tail ends of the steel plates are bent towards the prefabricated stair slab to form L-shaped supporting plates, two U-shaped grooves are dug in the two platform beams respectively, and the ends, away from the stair body, of the L-shaped supporting plates are supported into the U-shaped grooves and matched with L-shaped embedded steel plates to form sliding shock-absorbing cavities. When an earthquake occurs, it is ensured that the prefabricatedstair body slides in the sliding shock-absorbing cavities through the L-shaped supporting plates on the end portions, and the earthquake energy is dissipated; when sliding in the sliding shock-absorbing cavities, the prefabricated stair body mutually collides with the platform beams, one part of the shock energy caused by the earthquake can be dissipated, and the shocking strength is thus reduced.
本发明公开了一种装配式抗震楼梯及其施工方法,包括楼梯主体,楼梯主体的两端分别搭接在不同层的两个平台梁上,所述的楼梯主体由预制楼梯板、上楼梯平台和下楼梯平台组成,上楼梯平台和下楼梯平台的底部均固定有垂直于对应平台面的钢板且钢板末端向预制楼梯板方向弯折形成L形支撑板,所述两个平台梁上均挖设有一个U形凹槽,L形支撑板远离楼梯主体的一端支撑在U形凹槽内与L形预埋钢板配合形成滑动减震腔,本发明在地震发生时,保证预制楼梯主体通过端部的L形支撑板在滑动减震腔内滑动,消耗地震能量;同时,预制楼梯主体在滑动减震腔内滑动时与平台梁相互碰撞,可以消耗一部分地震带来的震动能量,从而减缓震动强度。
