Method for reducing lifting weight of precast stair and precast stair structure
The invention discloses a method for reducing lifting weight of a precast stair and a precast stair structure. According to the method, the whole precast stair is divided into a left precast stair plate (1) and a right precast stair plate (1) in the length direction, a male rabbet (2) is arranged in the connection position of one precast stair plate, and a female rabbet (3) is arranged in the connection position of the other precast stair plate; during construction, the precast stair plate (1) provided with the female rabbet (3) is lifted in place by the aid of a tower crane, and then the precast stair plate (1) provided with the male rabbet (2) and the precast stair plate (1) provided with the female rabbet (3) are assembled into the whole precast stair; and thus, potential safety hazardscaused by the fact that the weight of the whole precast stair exceeds the maximum lifting weight of the tower crane are avoided. According to the method and the precast stair structure, the precast stair is divided into the two precast stair plates in the walking direction of the stair, the precast stair plates are lifted one by one during mounting, the technical problem that precast stairs are overweight during lifting in the prior art is solved, the lifting safety of the precast stair is improved, tower cranes having larger specifications are not required to be adopted, and the constructioncost is reduced.
