The invention relates to a building external wall hanging basket device. The hanging basket device aims at solving the problems that a hanging basket device existing in the prior art is too large in size and weight and extremely inconvenient to mount and dismount, and the hanging basket device cannot be used in an erected mode on a slope roof or a roof with a small space due to the fact that the requirement of the hanging basket device for the erecting environment is high. The building external wall hanging basket device comprises a hanging basket, a lifting unit used for controlling the hanging basket to ascend and descend and a fixed supporting unit used for supporting the lifting unit, wherein the lifting unit comprises cantilever beams and a lifting assembly; and the fixed supporting unit comprises at least one set of stand rod assembly arranged in a building and a supporting assembly arranged on wall holes of the building, the stand rod assembly is used for fixing in-wall parts ofthe cantilever beams in the building, and the supporting assembly is used for fixing the fulcrum parts of the cantilever beams to the wall holes of the building.
