Communicating pipe monitoring method for concrete pouring compactness of assembly type closed loop reinforcement system
The invention relates to a communicating pipe monitoring method for concrete pouring compactness of an assembly type closed loop reinforcement system. The problem that the pouring compactness of a horizontal core beam of an assembly type building is difficult to monitor is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, a groove is formed in a heat preservation plate at the joint of a sandwich prefabricated outer wall bottom heat preservation plate and a structural wall, the depth of the groove is 20 mm, meanwhile, a communicating pipe with the diameter being 20 mm is reserved at an outer hinge plate, and the center elevation of the communicating pipe is 15 mm higher than the outer side bottom elevation of a prefabricated outer wall structural wall; and after the concrete is poured,the concrete flows out of the prefabricated wall through the communicating pipe by utilizing the pressure and the flowability of the concrete, so that the concrete of the horizontal core beam of a fabricated closed loop reinforcement anchoring shear wall structure system is proved to be poured densely. According to the construction process, whether concrete is poured densely or not can be judgedby pouring concrete leakage, the construction process is simple and convenient, operation is easy, high-end instruments do not need to be purchased for detection, and a large amount of manpower and financial resources are saved.
本发明涉及装配式环筋扣合体系混凝土浇筑密实度连通管监测法,有效的解决了装配式建筑水平芯梁浇筑密实度难以监测的问题;解决的技术方案是在三明治预制外墙底部保温板与结构墙体交接处的保温板上进行凹槽处理,凹槽深度为20mm,同时在外页板处预留直径20mm的连通管,连通管的中心标高位于预制外墙结构墙体外侧底标高以上15mm,在混凝土浇筑完成后,利用混凝土的压力及流动性使混凝土通过连通管流出预制墙体,以此来证明装配式环筋扣合锚接剪力墙结构体系水平芯梁混凝土已浇筑密实;此施工工艺可通过浇筑混凝土漏浆来判断混凝土是否浇筑密实,施工工艺简便、操作简单,无需采购高尖端仪器进行检测,节约了大量的人力及财力。
