The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum guardrail. The manufacturing method specifically comprises the following steps that cross beams and vertical rods are manufactured; a guardrail frame is assembled, and specifically, the joint of each vertical rod and a corresponding penetrating hole is welded for fastening; a floral pattern component is welded to the middle of each assembled vertical rod, wherein each floral pattern component is a lotus-shaped or dragon-shaped pattern made of stainless steel or aluminum materials; and the guardrail manufactured in the previous steps is subjected to partitioned painting treatment, wherein areas with the floral pattern components are painted with colored paint, and other areas are painted with gray paint. According to the guardrail manufacturing method, a new solution is provided for current courtyard decoration and beautification, and compared with a traditional guardrail, the guardrail manufactured through using the methodis attractive and durable, and the decoration quality is greatly improved for people.
