The invention discloses a safe rotary knob mechanism. In the safe rotary knob mechanism, the swing phase stroke of a limiting swing arm of a rotary knob mounting barrel can be restrained to be stablystagnated at one of a first extreme phase position and a second extreme phase position. According to a rotary knob push disc, the screwing phase stroke of a safe rotary knob and the swing phase strokeof the limiting swing arm are correlated with each other, and therefore the extreme position of a screwing phase position or a second screwing phase position is restrained through any one of the first extreme phase position and the second extreme phase position, and then the safe rotary knob can be prevented from rotating too much and stagnating at the transition position. When the safe rotary knob is mounted, the phase position of the rotary knob push disc and the phase position of a rotary knob mounting barrel are in switchable fit, the extreme position restraining relation can be adjustedso that the rotary knob push disc and the rotary knob mounting barrel can adapt to door leaves with different opening and closing side orientations and different lock hole orientations; and when the safe rotary knob mechanism is used and mounted, the phase position of the rotary knob push disc and the phase position of a rotary knob mounting barrel are in switchable fit, and screwing in a safe locking manner can be achieved.
