Electric side-hung door machine and door opening integrated system
The invention discloses an electric side-hung door machine and a door opening integrated system with the electric side-hung door machine. The electric side-hung door machine comprises a mounting base,a driving mechanism, an output shaft and an anti-self-locking mechanism; the driving mechanism and the output shaft are arranged on the mounting base, the driving mechanism comprises a rotating output piece, and the output shaft rotates to drive a door leaf to rotate; and the anti-self-locking mechanism comprises a first clamping piece eccentrically arranged on the rotating output piece and a second clamping piece correspondingly arranged on the output shaft. When the first clamping piece rotates to a preset angle, the first clamping piece can abut against one end of the second clamping pieceso as to drive the output shaft to rotate, namely, an idling interval exists between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, and at the moment, when self-locking occurs in case of power failure or failure, the output shaft is not hindered by the driving mechanism in the idling interval, so that the door leaf can still be opened and closed manually. The door opening integrated system with the electric side-hung door machine can be used for manually unlocking and opening and closing the door leaf in case of the power failure or the failure.
本发明公开了电动平开门机,并公开了具有该电动平开门机的开门一体系统。电动平开门机包括安装座、驱动机构、输出轴和防自锁机构。驱动机构、输出轴安装在安装座上,驱动机构包括转动输出件,输出轴转动能够带动门页转动;防自锁机构包括偏心设置在转动输出件上的第一卡接件和对应设置在输出轴上的第二卡接件。在第一卡接件转动至预设角度时才能够与第二卡接件一端抵接进而带动输出轴转动,即第一卡接件与第二卡接件间存在空转区间,此时在停电或出现故障发生自锁时,在该空转区间内输出轴不会受到驱动机构的阻碍,依然能够通过手动开、关门页。而具有上述电动平开门机的开门一体系统,能够在停电或出现故障时,通过手动解锁和开合门页。
