The hub is provided with a turntable which is coaxially and rotatably connected; a plurality of rotatable connecting pieces are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the turntable; a shaft sleeve coaxially rotating with the rotating shaft is arranged on the vehicle body; a cam groove coaxial with the rotating shaft is formed in the lower end surface of the shaft sleeve;the bottoms of the cam grooves are perpendicular to the axes of the hubs, a plurality of vertical shafts are evenly distributed on the inner circumferences of the cam grooves, the lower ends of the vertical shafts are hinged to the connecting pieces in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the upper ends of the vertical shafts make sliding contact with the bottoms of the cam grooves, and a plurality of limiting holes which are formed below the shaft sleeves and correspond to the vertical shafts one to one are formed in the vehicle body; a driving device and a steering device are arranged on the vehicle body.
