The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to pile-soil mechanical property dynamic test equipment which comprises a top plate, a supporting disc and a chassis which are sequentially and fixedly connected in series through a set of supporting columns from top to bottom, a membrane box is embedded between the supporting disc and the chassis, and the membrane box comprises a circular rubber membrane cylinder, a bottom supporting plate and a cover plate; the bottom supporting plate is coaxially embedded in the middle of the chassis, the bottom supporting plate is arranged at the lower end of the rubber film cylinder, and the cover plate is used for sealing the upper port of the rubber membrane cylinder, penetrates through the supporting disc and is fixedly connected with the top plate through a set of mounting columns; a vertical loading device is arranged in the middle of the top plate, and at least one horizontal loading device is arranged on the outer ring of the rubber membrane cylinder. When the strokes of the telescopic rods are the same, the same horizontal pressure is correspondingly applied to the pile in all directions by controlling thedisplacement stroke of each telescopic rod, and when the strokes are different, different states of different side pressures are achieved, and the equipment is flexible and changeable and adapts to different experiment requirements.
