The invention discloses a stacking machine fire protection safety device. The stacking machine fire protection safety device comprises a stacking machine, fire extinguishing devices, a fire inductor,a signal processing device and a control system. The fire inductor is arranged above a lifting pallet of the stacking machine. The fire extinguishing devices are arranged on the at least two sides ofthe lifting pallet of the stacking machine. The fire inductor and the fire extinguishing devices rise and drop along with the lifting pallet. The fire inductor is connected with the signal processingdevice. The signal processing device receives signals transmitted from the fire inductor and transmits the signals to the control system. The control system is connected with the signal processing device and controls the fire extinguishing devices to start or stop fire extinguishing through the signal processing device. The stacking machine fire protection safety device provided by the invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, safe, stable and reliable.
本发明公开一种堆垛机消防安全装置，包括堆垛机、灭火装置、火灾感应器、信号处理装置及控制系统，所述火灾感应器设置于所述堆垛机的升降托盘的上方，所述灭火装置设置于所述堆垛机的升降托盘的至少两侧，所述火灾感应器及所述灭火装置跟随所述升降托盘升降，所述火灾感应器与所述信号处理装置连接，所述信号处理装置接收所述火灾感应器发送的信号并发送到所述控制系统，所述控制系统与所述信号处理装置连接并通过所述信号处理装置控制所述灭火装置开始灭火或停止灭火。本发明堆垛机消防安全装置具有结构简单、成本低、安全、稳定可靠的优点。
