The invention discloses a marine waste treatment structure and a treatment method thereof. The marine waste treatment structure comprises a transport ship, a working ship, a fishing device used for fishing marine waste, a transferring device installed on the working ship and used for transferring the marine waste, a smashing device installed on the working ship and used for smashing the marine waste, and a compression device installed on the working ship and used for compressing the smashed marine waste. The transferring device comprises a transition frame and a transferring assembly which isinstalled on the working ship and used for clamping waste into the smashing device. The compression device comprises a driving assembly, a pressing assembly installed on the working ship and used forwaste compression forming, and a filling and conveying assembly installed on the working ship and used for completing quantitative waste conveying on the driving assembly. The defects in the prior artare overcome, the treatment structure special for the marine waste is provided, and the structure solves the problems that existing marine waste cleaning depends on manpower, the cleaning efficiencyis low, the working intensity is high, and the transportation cost is high.
