Composite nano material for anti-seepage separation wall and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a composite nano material for an anti-seepage separation wall and a preparation method of the composite nano material. The method comprises the following steps: grinding kaolinite, montmorillonite, illite and diatomite into powder to obtain a first mixture; dispersing the first mixture into water to form a first mixed solution; adding tetramethyl ammonium oxalate, n-butyl lithium, sodium silicate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium stearate into the first mixed solution; filtering to obtain a second mixed solution, adding triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and a polyether into the second mixed solution; after ball milling, magnetically stirring to obtain a third mixed solution; carrying out centrifugal vacuum drying on the third mixedsolution to obtain the composite nanomaterial for the anti-seepage separation wall. The composite nano material has self-dispersibility, can chemically react with cations released in a cement hydration process to generate amorphous gel hydration products, and fillgaps of cement particles to construct a compact set cement microstructure, so that the macroscopic mechanical properties and durabilityare greatly improved.
