The preparation method provided by the invention effectively solves the problems of serious early-stage diseases and short service life of a steel bridge deck pavement layer, the pouring type concrete is excellent in performance, convenient to construct and free of pollution in cold mixing and cold paving. In addition, the preparation method of the pouring type concrete taking polyurethane as a binding material is effectively evaluated.
